About Trick Track Lift

In case it is not glaringly obvious, Trick Track Lift is run by one person - Jackson Taylor [aka Deadman Bed / DJ Theory Test]. The primary purpose is to allow him to showcase all of his musical projects in one location. It also extends to being somewhere for him to show off the talents of his friends and family [as with the Zero Kelvin project].

Jackson also runs the Deadman Bed website, which is a more informal space containing his lyrics, gig history, occasional diary entries and other articles.

Ethos

At present, all TTL releases are available to download for free. TTL is merely a label, not a record company, and as such is interested solely in the free distribution of the music to the widest possible audience. This means you can download what you want and should feel free to pass whole albums on to your friends [it saves our bandwidth if you do this!].

HOWEVER, as with all music it should be for personal use only. Please do not use [or allow others to use] any TTL recordings without obtaining our permission. If you stand to make any money out of the exhibition of TTL music then we should get a piece of your action!
